This piece of original textile art conveys the sense of escaping an oncoming sea-storm, visible on the distant horizon, with clouds passing rapidly overhead, while in the foreground marram grass rustles in the blustery fresh air.

I create a piece this size very rarely - it takes a large amount of time and focus, being totally dedicated as I work monogamously on one project, and this is reflected in the intensity and large amount of detail. 

Supplied mounted in a strong glazed darkest brown (almost black) recessed frame to fully appreciate the highly textural (3D) quality of this piece. Frame measures 63cm width x 93.5cm height x 3cm depth.  Mount aperture / original artwork measures 35.5cm x 51cm.
